The story
The build was complex from day one: a sloped site, multiple delivery partners, and a build window that spanned three financial years. The head contractor needed a way for everyone — designers in Melbourne, partners in Brisbane, executives in Sydney — to share the same visual reference without booking a site visit.
We installed four cameras on locked sightlines, set up cloud access with per-team permissions, and committed to a regular cadence of progress cuts. The cameras have run continuously through summer storms, two crane reconfigurations, and a contractor handover.
Outcome
Three years in, the system is still running. The client uses the footage in board updates, investor briefings, and the public marketing campaign around the venue opening.
