The story
Connectivity, power and weather were the brief. The site sat 40 minutes from the nearest town, with no mains power and one carrier that worked some of the time. We specified a solar/battery rig, dual-SIM failover, and a monitoring setup that flags drops before the client notices.
Across 18 months we made two scheduled site visits. The cameras kept running through a heatwave, a flooded access road, and a six-week shutdown.
Outcome
A complete visual record of the build — used by the contractor in submissions, by the government partner in public updates, and as the closing sequence in the project's completion video.
